  MINIMUM PRE-PAYMENT:  The greater of TWENTY-EIGHT DOLLARS or FIFTY PERCENT of Package Amount you schedule
  PHOTO SHOOT TIME:  Time starts when the First Photo is taken.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES:
  STANDBY TIME: (waiting to begin after scheduled start time has passed) is charged at $5.00 per fifteen minute period beginning thirty minutes after scheduled start time has passed.
 ADDITIONAL TIME: EX: Scheduled 1 Hour @ $55.00 but Photo Shoot Time was 1 hour + 34 minutes. Calculations: [ 34 min. divided by 60 minutes = .5666 of an hour][$55.00 x .5666 = $31.13 Additional Time charge.
 ADDITIONAL PHOTOS: The FIRST 24 over (any) Package Amount are FREE.  Beginning with the 25th. add $0.55 each. EX: Scheduled 1 Hour, 100 Photos but took 156 photos. Calculations: [156- 124 = 32] [32 x $0.55 = $17.60 Additional Photos charge.
 ADDITIONAL MILEAGE: Over Package Amount is charged to TOTAL at $0.30 per mile roundtrip to your location from

  TOTAL CHARGES:  Equal the SUM of 1: Selected "Package Price", 2: "ADDITIONAL MILEAGE", 3: the GREATER OF  "ADDITIONAL PHOTOS" or "ADDITIONAL TIME", 4: State Taxes  ( MS. Residents)

  FREE HAND BALANCING: Shadows, Highlights, Brightness, Contrast, Color levels, Hue, etc. on ALL PMP images

  PRINT PACKAGES: With quantities as detailed in Photo Shoot Packages above
  ASSIGNMENT OF COPYRIGHT: Transferring Copyright Rights to Customer within 30 days after payment of any balance due
  FREE SHIPPING: USPS 1st. Class delivery of MASTER CD/s (DVD add $2.00) formatted for viewing via PC
Master CD can be formatted for viewing as a slide show on a DVD player / TV   (add $5.00)
Music can be added to DVD Formatted slide show  (Add $2.00 per song)  (You name them)

NOTE: Payment of Balance Due should be within 30 days of event date to avoid a monthly bookkeeping surcharge of $2.50 and interest at the rate of 1.5% per month being added to the Balance Due. BALANCE DUE $58.33
     
ADDITIONAL TERMS

   Customer may cancel a Photo Shoot prior to "Photographer Travel" having occurred and receive a Full Refund of any Pre-payment with the exception of documented expenses and or amounts retained by Commercial Carriers as cancellation fees.

   Cancellation after "Photographer Travel" has occurred means documented expenses are deducted from  the Pre-payment prior to the remainder of the Pre-payment being refunded to the Customer. Should said expenses exceed the Pre-payment amount the customer shall be responsible for reimbursement of unpaid documented expenses to PMP Photography.
   Cancellation after Photo Shoot is complete, prior to delivery of Master CD/DVD, means the customer is responsible only for the expenses as outlined above. There will be no delivery of images or Assignment of Copyright beyond the Proofs CD..
   After the Master CD/DVD leaves PMP Photography there are no refunds.
