Individuals or Entities purchasing prints or digital images from PMP
Photography and or downloading images from this web site shall
hereinafter be known as Transferees, and are herewith advised that
said purchase or acquisition of PMP Photography images in any form,
without a completed "Assignment of Copyright," will in no way
confer any "Copyright Rights" upon the Transferees other
than as hereinafter set forth. |

PMP Photography herewith confers upon Transferees the right to
publicly display, reproduce to distribute and or re-publish legally
acquired PMP Photography images when such use in no way includes the
generation of monetary gain from the sale of the image/s or an
portion thereof on any medium in any form whatsoever, or where said
reproductions
are
offered as Free Bonus Incentives coupled to sales in any manner that
contributes to generating monetary gain in any form whatsoever. |

NOTE:
Prior to any Commercial use of
any PMP Photography Images or any portion thereof a completed
Royalty Agreement or
Assignment of Copyright
must be in effect. |

An
Royalty Agreement provides for specific
payments to the copyright holder for each image bearing unit sold,
and may be for one or many
specifically
named images. |

|
|
An
Assignment of Copyright
is a permanent
change of copyright rights ownership, and may be for one or many
specifically named images. |
|
|
|
Commercial publications are required to
pay the Copyright Holder for the use of copyrighted images.
Therefore if you need to send a photo to a news paper, magazine,
or other "Commercial" publication you may contact me. Select
from the images on this site (or on your PMP Photography CD of
image,)
give me the file number, the name
or email address of the publication, and I will send the original
image to the publication. They will then send me a WHOPPING BIG
CHECK of Ten Dollars.
